Blinds that aren’t functional

Here's a minor item that we'll include in reports - Blinds. Moving into a new home, just to find out that the blinds don't work, can definitely leave a sour taste in your mouth. In the first photo, the occupants are going to have trouble getting outside. In the second photo, they're going to have to deal with unknotting the blinds just to get them back down. While it certainly shouldn't be a deal breaker, it's always a good idea to be given a heads up. These are some of the many items that we check during our home inspections in Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin.
